He was born to German-Brazilian parents, Frederick Ferdinand Kümpel and Delila Renck Kümpel, in the small town of Nao-Me-Toque (translated "do not touch me"), Brazil in October, 1940. Quite the inquisitive mind, he is the jack of all trades. In his endeavors, whether whitecollar or bluecollar, academic or physical - he is quick to display aptitude and competence...
